Following a brief discussion by the committee, it was their recommendation that each member company stimulate employee partici pation by UTging the plant employees to write and submit safety articles to the Association. . B. The committee reviewed the Bulletin format and it was the consensus that it was satisfactory in its present form. One member suggested that a possible change be considered when the next Bulletin mast head is printed. The secretary indicated that present Bulletin stock supply would be depleted at the end of the fiscal year, and at that time, committee suggestions would be solicited. The coccittee requested that the secretary construct a chart showing the industry frequency rating over the past four years, as related to the all industry frequency rating reported by the National Safety Council, and print thiB chart in the Safety Bulletin.
