Hupp, Millan[hupp.millan@epa.gov] Renee Zentz Sun 9/24/2017 8:39:56 PM Ideas for Dinner on the 4th
Good afternoon Millan, as discussed there are a couple of ideas for small private dinner or reception the evening of the 4th, if the Administrator is so inclined. Please remember, while I or my Executive team members have close relationships with the following, none have actually been contracted to attend. I thought best to clear this idea with you and your team first.
First idea is a dinner with owners and/or CEOs of companies effected by the EPA on a daily basis and who are supportive of the Administrator:
Bill Hybl - President and CEO of El Pomar Foundation Phil Anschutz and/ or his son in law, who's name escapes me but is the CEO of oil and gas
side of the Anschutz Corporation Larry Mizel - Chairmen and CEO MDC Holding George Solich - President and CEO FourPoint Energy Charlie McNeil - CEO of Nexgen Resources Jim Johnson - CEO & Chairman of GE Johnson
Another idea would be to meet with the CEO's of Industry Associations who are heavily impacted by the EPA;
Colorado Mining Association Associated General Contractors of Colorado Colorado Oil and Gas Association Colorado Home Builders Association Western Energy Alliance
Our appreciation for Administrator Pruitt's commitment to remove or reduce barriers to business cannot be fully expressed. The idea of hosting a small private dinner or reception is only an effort to say thank you and maximize his trip to Colorado Springs. If Mr. Pruitt wishes to do something else Wednesday evening, I am here to help in any way.
Sincerely, Renee Zentz
