TENNECO Using Tenneco's formulation, resin and test method we can lee difference in volume resistivity between Cyastab 523-0 and TE9Lbase XL- oiled. There is nothing unusual about their formulation, so it seems likely that the difference observed is peculiar td* Tenneco's resin. We are now testing modified stabilizers to com pensate for this unusual difference. 2. GEORGIA - PACIFIC/ ETHYL A letter was sent to the customer requesting clarification of their testing procedures and results. We have no reply at this time. 3. PLYMOUTH RUBBER Samples of monobasic Lead Sulfates and Sulfo - Phthalates have been sent to the customer for evaluation. It has not yet been returned, so training has been post poned . The Energy and Labor Usage Program is now being tested and debugged. The Air Pallet Control Program is ready for testing. 2. TSCA Certification of compliance letters have been requested from all suppliers. New products and raw materials added since 1978 have been reported to A. Sherr. C. I discussed the theoretical basis for using Cyastab 908 with high temperature plasticizers with John Irbing, Vista Chemicals, Ponca City, Ok. C.
