Burke, 30 North LaSalle Street at phone 726-6630, indicating that he is representing j for a common-law case involving asbestoses against tne manufacturers of asbestos. He requested any information we had about the various manufacturers of the asbestos. Because one of the contacts with asbestos could have been asbestos in one of our paint products, I was reluctant to give him any information at the time. I would suggest that you send a lien letter out to him for a lien for any recoveries made on a third party case. I would also suggest that it would be acceptable to release to him the names of the manufacturers of the asbestos products used in coating the new addition built in the 1960's. I note in the specifications for the construction work that there is an indication of the various products that will be used.
