G. G o rtn e r. The fo u r samples la b e le d P la c e b o corn o i l , T-2999 COC 25 mg/kg/day FM-3924, T-2999 COC 2.5 mg/kg/day and T-2999 COC 0.25 mg/kg/day were subm itted f o r mg/ml c o n c e n tra tio n o f FM-3424, f o r use in a r a t fe e d in g stu d y . The samples were run by a GLC method usin g a methanol e x t r a c t io n and an in t e r n a l stan d ard . The s o l u b i l i t y o f FM-3924 was found to be low . Standards used show s ig n s o f s a t u r a t io n a t 0 .5 mg/ml le v e l. I t was found th a t s o n if i c a t io n would d is s o lv e the FM-3924 in t o the corn o i l . But a f t e r s e v e ra l days th e 5 mg/ml stan d ard showed some c r y s t a l iz a t io n , bu t a f t e r s o n if i c a t io n i t would r e - s o lu b iliz e .
