Date 8U BOS AUGUST 29, 1979 In an endeavor-:to replace asbestos mill board with a non-asbestos product, would you please revise drawing 29212A and 51908C which cover gasketing (asbestos mill board) for the 5V ID inspection and lance door per drawing 32024E and the rear peep door drawing 51908C, respectively. The substitute material should be a ceramic fiber mill-board (B&W Refractories 50 lb. per cubic foot material, CA-22). Until we have found this material acceptable the intent is to only use this material for the above two (2) gaskets. The above gaskets should be purchased punched and cut to size.
