Brenner A meeting has been scheduled for 9^30 AM Wednesday, March 22 in Mr. Simpson's office for those copied. --------- - The purpose of the meeting is to implement the Chicago ordinance. Mr. Peters and Mr. Kingston are attending a NPCA meeting in Washington D.C. on Tuesday, March 21 covering all recent lead legislation. With the benefit of this information we can proceed to standardize warning statements, labeling and other necessary legal requirements for compliance. In addition to the labeling requirements, we will initiate pl&ns to phase out and phase in products affected. In this regard Dr. Kiefer is asked to designate someone from DPJRC to attend in his/absenqe to up date us on formulations complying with the ordinance, earliest date of formula release and any other factors influencing manufacture of these products.
