We've got a great opportunity for the Administrator's State Action Tour in early October.
On the morning of 10/6, the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) along with the Associated General Contractors (AGC) will host a forum at the Broadmoor in Colorado Springs, CO, focused on regulatory issues facing the construction industry, including WOTUS. A robust residential and commercial construction industry is essential to a thriving economy and job growth. NAHB appreciates the Administrator's leadership in addressing the concerns of the nation's home builders and developers and his commitment to implement common-sense reforms to protect our water, air and land while simultaneously avoiding undue economic burdens for the nation's small businesses.
The 10/6 event is expected to draw ~300 participants.
I've attached an invitation that Scott Smith (CEO Colorado Association of Home Builders) recently sent to Administrator Pruitt.
