Grumbles August 1, 1988 ANNUAL SURFACTANTS MEETING PRESENTATION To facilitate our discussion on what to present at the meeting, below are several possible areas of discussion. These are based on feedback from recent activities and other presentations. 1. PRODUCT LIABILITY AWARENESS TRAINING - You're familiar with the content of this training. Some version of this could be given dependent on the audience. I'm not sure how many people that will be there have seen it. (Approx 60 minutes) 2. THF. CLER STORY - As you've indicated you feel the surfactant marketers should hear some detail on what is going on. The importance to them is evident. Some of the crowd, particularly Oakbrook may have heard some of this already. (Approx 30 minutes) 3. PRACTICAL TRAINING ON TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE - This would review the presentation from Miami 2 years ago, deal with specifics of what to look for and how to respond to areas with potential significant liability. (Approx 60 minutes) 4. HOW FDA WORKS - There seems to be a constant confusion on what FDA approved means and how to respond to customer questions.
