("EOG") entered into an Administrative Compliance Order on Consent ("AOC"), Docket No. CAA-06-2020-3417, with the United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") to resolve certain alleged violations of the Texas Administrative Code, which had been adopted into the Texas State Implementation Plan. Pursuant to the AOC, EOG agreed to specific requirements as outlined in paragraph 29 to be completed within six months of the AOC Effective Date (i.e., no later than February 12, 2021). EPA has received and reviewed your final letter report, required under AOC paragraph 29, of all work completed under the AOC, dated August 12, 2020.
