Ken, Great talking to you today. Looks like we are all on the same page. Here's the proposed agenda for the first meeting. We are all available in the second half of June.
As far as agenda items for the first call, we identified several points to consider.
1, The economic impact of the regulation proposed under the Obama administration and what the changes would be under the new version of the regulations current being proposed by EPA, 2, Discuss wavs to increase the involvement of state commissions and state environmental and energy offices in the rule making process and ensure that it happens early in process. 3, What does the EPA Administrator wish to accomplish by establishing this group? What would be process for adding new topics as issues arise? 4, What does the framework look like going forward? 5, What are the EPA's current thinking or plans for dealing with Coal Ash?
