We checked on the following discrepancies: Jinny R. Goodman (Feb.13) $3*00. Tou did not have a physical report on this man. We found that the doctor examined this man and found immediately that he had an abcessed tooth. He rejected him temporarily, until he could have this condition corrected. He kept this report until the man returned and since he never returned he discarded this report. I feel however, since the doctor actually examined the man we should pay the $3*00. George M. Hart (Feb.13) $3.00 Tou have a physical report for this man but no x-ray. The Clinic reported an error was made in their book keeping department and a credit of $5.00 would be given us on our next medical bill. Attached are physical reports on the following men. Dock E.
