The document purports to contain analytical results for Perfluorinated Organics from sources identified as "CSW" and "CSWZ", both o f which are further identified in handwriting as "Crystal Spring." Through separate discussions with counsel for the Little blocking Water Association ("Little Hocking"), DuPont understands that AXVS laboratory performed this analysis at the request o f Little Hocking. DuPont only learned o f the performance o f and results from this analysis after completion. DuPont does not have sufficient basis to verify the information contained in the attached document, nor does it attest to the validity and accuracy o f it. The document is being provided to EPA as it was received by DuPont from Mr. Matheny. DuPont has not been provided with these analytical results in written form or in a report. DuPont does not have sufficient basis to verify this information, nor can DuPont attest to the validity or accuracy o f it. As DuPont has insufficient basis to fully evaluate or validate this information disclosed in this letter, DuPont makes no conclusion as to whether or not the information triggers reporting obligations under TSCA section 8(e). However, DuPont is forwarding this information to EPA in light o f the Agency's continued interest in perfluorinated substances.
