Also attached are two reports: 1) The National Toxic Release Inventory (released on March 22) 2) Danger Downwind - A National Wildlife Federation Report on the same data. As we suspected, the public and governmental reaction to the 313 database was slow to start but is gaining momentum. This report reemphasizes the need to include "federal" governmental representatives, such as your local congressmen and representatives in your 313 communication efforts.
