He is especially interested in industrial noise and his work brings hi.m in contact with a wide variety of industrial health exposures. Actually, his closest approach to the problem is from a personnel relationship point of view jin which most of his training has been. Mr. McGrath isj interested in industrial hygiene and would like to become a member of the Association. On reviewing his application you will note that he has had much graduate study and we would feel that in the case of this desirable applicant that it could be accepted in place of the required period of industrial hygiene activity in view of the fact that his present work on industrial hygiene has only been durihg the current year. We believe that this man would be a desirable member of the association and also that it wpuld be desirable to include a number of outstanding men whose major interest may be in allied fields. Yours very truly, WAC:AQH Warren A. Cook, Director Division of Industrial Hygiene and Engineering Research
