I have also made a photocopy for NI0SH and our industrial hygiene consultant. I also compiled a list of employees names that appeared on the title pages of the SMP reports. The list is by year and jobtitle (if used), and includes a symbol by the employee's name to designate whether he/she is alive (R = retired, T = terminated/resigned, A = active) or deceased (D) . Those names with no symbols indicate that we know nothing about the status of the employee. With this list, we can determine whom we should interview in the next couple of weeks.
