Dear Doctor:
died on July 28, 1937 .and the Industrial Accident Commission, acting upon Mrs. Telepnev's appli cation, has reopened the case.
Mrs.
action was probably prompted by
the finding of the Coroner's jury that her husband's death was
caused by lead poisoning. Dr. Gertrude Moore, who performed the
laboratory work in connection with the autopsy, reported finding
substantial deposits of lead in the mixed tissue and rib section.
This, as you will recall, is directly opposite to her findings
just previous to the time the case was heard by the Commission.
I am sending you this information because of your interest in tne case in order that you may be currently ad vised. If you have any suggestions or comments, I shall be pleased to have them.
Yours very truly,
JFP: LvYL
