RE: AGC reg 61 notice - update and next steps Draft Regulation 61 Feedback.docx
Many thanks for providing the draft document, we appreciate the opportunity to input to the notice.
We have reviewed the document and recognise this a draft, we have attempted to outline our main questions / concerns in the attached document. We believe it will be easier to explain via discussion. We plan to do this in the TEAMS meeting planned for 4th April.
Regards

Hello
1
Apologies for the gap in responding to you on a variety of matters, I was on leave and returned with bout of Covid so I was off most of last week. I have been asked to forward this draft notice to you, could you let me have any comments by the 3rd April? Some information we have been asked to gather
Grid references for emissions points (I think may have gathered this already) Clarification on if seasonal changes affect discharges, from which we can amend the monitoring period
accordingly an estimate of how long you think they will need to complete the works required in the notice any other comments or feedback on the work we require you to complete Any other questions or issues then let me know although I will be away from 24th March , returning on the 3 April. If you think it is more useful, we will arrange a Teams call with those involved -let me know your thoughts on this. Information in this message may be confidential and may be legally privileged.
