PNWER has over 30 years of experience in leveraging key players within its jurisdictions and at the federal level to raise awareness of issues affecting our region, including localities, state Departments of Transportation, and Tribal nations. This has allowed PNWER to address regional and cross-border issues and collaborate on solutions to create a more resilient and interconnected region. For the past three years, the PNWER RIA program has provided technical assistance to numerous multi-modal and multi-state infrastructure projects that benefit the region's economy and communities. The PNWER RIA remains committed to exploring innovative financing options and accelerating projects in urban and rural communities across Oregon and Washington. As the Representative for Washington's Fourth Congressional District, I believe that the PNWER RIA program will continue to accelerate Washington projects through the exploration of innovative financing solutions for tough infrastructure finance challenges. This program enhances Washington's ability to utilize federal dollars and private sector investment by helping project sponsors better understand and navigate federal credit programs.
