Dear Mr. Suber: I am writing to inform you that the Compliance Assurance and Enforcement Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the Port of Houston on December 5, 2023, included a visit to your facility at 1606 Clinton Dr. evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the December 2023 inspections EPA has determined no further action is required.
