As a leading North American producer of polyvinyl chloride (PVC ) resins and compounds, I'am pleased to inform you that I was elected to represent The Geon Company on the VCNet panel. I look forward in working with you and the other distinguish members associated with VCNet. I will be present at you next meeting in Baton Rouge Louisiana on October 1, sponsored by Formosa. The Geon Company is preparing its budgets for 1994. As with most chemical companies we were asked to reduce our cost where ever possible (especially since we are a new company). As.I reviewed my VCNet file I notice a letter you wrote on November 18, 1992 telling the panel members that, Record of Meeting, the budget for 1993 is more than 20% below the 1992 budget.
