Liang & Fu) and research. API needs to make a new contract and new budget to pay the current Fudan Invoice, and any new invoices / new travel expenses. Thank you for checking my proposed Fudan budget (see copy attached) -- yes, this revised budget does not include a 5% annual increase or a separate line for travel expenses -- but this budget does include all funds approved by the Consortium Oversight Committee. When additional funds become available, the Oversight Committee will amend and increase the Fudan University budget to provide needed additional research and travel funds. For now, however, we need to establish the new Fudan contract with a budget containing the remaining funds which were approved by the Oversight Committee in November 2003.
