Dear Loren,
Heritage is planning on holding a conference on transportation innovation featuring Mario Loyola from Heritage, David Quinalty from Waymo, and Vincent Tang (head of ARPA-I) from USOT. I am the moderator. The goal of the conference is to promote the case to the policy community for faster transportation innovation to benefit the general public and to keep America ahead of China.

Is there any objection to opening to conference to an outside audience for virtual attendance?
I am asking because when Vincent Tang accepted he thought that it was by invitation only, not open to virtual participation, and we had envisaged it as being also online.
All best,
Diana
