Team,
See invitation attached for both the small group and large group to follow on July 7th. Also attached is the invitee list. Still waiting to know who to invite from Gov. office.
Please see my thoughts on run of show and advise. Your immediate advisement is needed so we can push invitations out in the morning.
11:00 a.m.
Arrive Gully Branch Earl and Wanda tour farm with Sec. Perdue and Adm. Pruitt
Hosts will be stationed at pavilion to greet small group guests as they arrive.
11 :30 a.m.
Small Group discussion/round table. (see list with small group noted "SG") .
Upon closure will allow a few minutes for leaders to disassemble and team will break down
tables to allow room for large group to assemble.
Will work with group to ensure we do not overlap with discussion and allow time for plenty of time for Sec. Perdue and Adm. Pruitt to interact
Large Group will be checking in at barn and ready to move to pavilion when small group ends. We plan to bring FFA leaders/students and 4-H leaders/students in to meet Sec. Perdue and Adm. Pruitt first and others will follow. Anticipate 20-30 minutes to get everyone in the pavilion and Sec. Perdue/Adm. Pruitt time to speak to guests in small groups or individually. All those invited are supportive leaders and we expect a good turnout (between 75-100)

One final modification on run of schedule-I promise.
We can start 11 with a hard stop at 1:45. Does this work for the group? Sent from my iPhone On Jun 27, 2017, at 9:33 AM, Sullivan, Lauren - OSEC, Washington, DC <Lauren. Sulli van@osec.usda.gov> wrote:
I believe it works for Secretary Perdue but I will check and get back to you shortly.
Ambassador Pruitt's folks- are you all having an advance team go down? Wanted to see and if so, perhaps we could coordinate a walk through on Thursday if the Barrs are okay with that.
Thank you.
