Ladder Inspection Inspection of ladders in the plant needs to be completed by 9/16/85 and verification memos sent to the SHAC chairman by members of the Plant Manager's Safety Board. C. JSA Training Job Safety Analysis training has not been completed for all areas. It is expected that this training will be completed by the annual inspection. D. Third Quarter Inspection This inspection will be conducted for the plant during the weeks of September 9 and 16. E. Annual Safety and Housekeeping Inspection The Annual Safety and Housekeeping Inspection will be an internal inspection this year. This inspection has been set for the week of October 14.
