That as the insulation m aterial was blown as aforesaid into the blow cham ber, th a t the insulation material was sprayed with chemical consisting cf a binder, to stiffen the fibers, and that plaintiff does not knew the nature of the aid chem icals, and that in spplying this stiffening m aterial, or binders, that lar^a quantities of smoke, continuously throughout the time that plaintiff worked for defendant in said insulation division, escaped from aa oven in which the _ Insulation material was subjected to a heat of four hundred (4C0) degree Farcnhelt to dry out the binders that were applied to the insulation m aterial, and further, that fumes escaped from said oven, contaminating the air that plaintiff was required to breathe, said contamination continuing throughout the tlma that plaintiff was employ ed by defendant in said insulation division In Joplin, M issouri. .
