Tobin dated March 20, 1979, which 'pertains to the medical examin-ation and surveillance program as required by the OSHA lead standard. At the present time employees are tested monthly for blood lead levels and for EPP and they are informed of the test results. In order to comply with the interim order, in a separate memorandum I am directing our physicians in Chicago to comply with the conditions and requirements as enumerated in the enclosure. Also attached please find a memorandum from Dr. 0. S. Tobin dated November 25, 1980 regarding the difficulties and technical problems that we have in the analysis In performing the ZPP tests. As a consequence we have not been performing this test and would find it extremely difficult to do so.' i m not aware if OSHA ever approved our substituting the EPP- test.
