To my understanding, he has been to see Dr. Selikoff in Houston at the request of the Asbestos Workers International a few years ago. He is currently seeing Dr. John W. Middleton in Galveston at this time. I am attaching a copy of the Notice of Injury Claim for Compensation, a letter from his attorney, and a negative E-l.
