A copy of the inspection report is included as Attachment A to this letter. Specific comments, informed by the inspection, are as follows: The site appears to require permit coverage under EPA's General Permit for Construction Stormwater (the " Permit "). Please send me the permit tracking number (beginning with ' MAR ') assigned to the site (when permit coverage is obtained) or explain why you do not believe a permit is required. Under the terms of the Permit, a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan must be prepared for the site; please submit an electronic copy of the Plan (the electronic copy does not need to be signed). A stormwater basin is being constructed on site. Please provide calculations indicating that it complies with the sizing requirements of Part 2.2.12 of the Permit. * Note that any slopes, including stockpiles, that are not active for 14 days must be covered or stablized, according to Parts 2.2.5.c and 2.2.14 of the Permit.
