Tome - DPJRC As soon as you decide locally whether you are going to adopt the special Chicago leadless formulas for the oil house paints, or whether you are going to use the present national formulas but label them in accordance with Chicago law, you should probably communicate this to all persons involved. It is important for us to know, in case we have to transfer paint either into Chicago or out of Chicago to another area. Also bear in mind that two of the colors, 1831 and 1863, are oil colors and are at the higher lead level. 1 believe the balance of the colors, 1805, 1828, 1853, and 1861, are all below .067.. Please let us know 1C you decide to stay at the higher levels of lead on the oil house paints. Steve Bowel1 has Indicated that he wants an additional six months' exposure before converting to the lcadless quality, and I think you could probably look forward to a new set of formulas and a decision oround June 1.
