I am in the process of gauging interest in forming a panel to work on benzene as it relates to the impending Clean Air Act Residual Risk Rule. While there are efforts at both API and ACC on this topic at a high level, Shell believes that there is an opportunity to focus efforts on benzene. We would suggest using BD and EO work as a model.
