Dear Mr. Trahan, I am writing to inform you that the Enforcement and Compliance Assurance Division of Region 6, United States Environmental Protection Agency ("EPA") inspection of the VLS Gas Free Services Facility on March 6, 2024, included a visit to your facility at 8700 Old Yacht Club Rd, Port Arthur, Texas, evaluating the potential for Resource Conservation and Recovery Act ("RCRA") violations. Based on the March 2024 inspections EPA has determined no further action is required.
