Stone - Frazier - access to all P-Bulletins - Off-hour people without safety glasses - Monthly Safety Meetings - Fewer people covering more areas 2. Contractor Safety - J. D. Stone a) J. D. showed the contractor safety film which is shown at the Main Gate to all non-Monsanto personnel (except truckdrivers must be seen before coming to plant). Total time was 7% minutes. b) J. D. Stone presented the video film on "Mosanto Contractor Safety" which is used by the Texas City Capital Projects Group. Total length was 15 minutes. c) Contractors are difficult to get exposed to films without disrupting deliveries, etc. . d) Recommendations 1) Enforce rules. 2) Make 5-minute film. 3) Mandatory viewing/document. 4) All Gates Further consideration at a later date. Hourly Safety Committee comments were dis cussed. Our present plans include: - Armor for Safety Program - P-Bulletin Revisions/Training - Supervisor Safety Meetings What is needed to make a step change improvement?
