Following this comprehensive review, the EPA found that Chester Sewer District's authorized program has aspects which are operated in a satisfactory manner, however there were a number of compliance concerns identified. Within 20 workdays of receiving this letter, please provide the EPA with a written response to each Required Action identified in Part IV of the enclosed report, including your actual or proposed timeframes for completing the corrective actions. For your reference, Attachment B to the report is a copy of the draft 2019 Pretreatment Compliance Audit (PCA) report that was withheld due to the subsequent pandemic-related disruptions. A response to the PCA findings is not required, but we will consider your response if you choose to remit one.
