Al check this out Sec. 34 has EO 8145 changing the name of Ninepipe Reservoir signed May 31,1939 would anyone know if the Supreme Court has ruled on Executive Orders? By the way I purchased Land in Section 32 in 1991 and was not notified of this EO8145 maybe the FWS was aware???
