LIVELY WILSON'S DISCUSSION ON STATE OF THE ART As things are picking up and we're beginning to get into some of the development of the medical testimony and state of the art testimony/ it might be helpful if we could talk about what has been done and what has happened in some of the other cases that have been tried, without any assurance that what happened last time might work the next time, but it might help if we all had the benefit of some of the experiences we've had.
