On both April 25 and April 27, 2022, used oil was present in the secondary containment of the Process Tank Farm and the stairs leading into the tank farm (see photographs 7-9, 105, 107-108).

In this regard, it might lead to difficul es for the Commi ees when analysing the stakeholder comments and preparing their opinions which may relate to specific PFAS substances rather than the whole group.
