Buenos Aires,August 18th,1942 Hugh Fossett,Esq, j The Associated Ethyl Company,Ltd, Artillery House i Artillery Row London,S,W,1 England i Dear Mr.Fossett, I omitted to inform you on my return from the States that Doctor Kehoe had agreed in certain cases,at my discretion,to discontinue the use by blenders oi the rubber aprons and white caps, This followed on a dis cussion which we ijiad regarding the complaints made by blenders in hot coun tries regarding the weight of the equipment which they were forced to wear ' For your information,based on the authority which I obtained from Doctor Kehoe,I have agreed to the blenders in Curacao,Aruba and Talara discontinuing the use of rubber aprons and white caps, Doctor Kehoe and I also discussed the possibility of using a different type ox glovc3 and a lighter gas mask.
