I have a few questions about environmental issues on the island: 1. Several residents of the island say that they cannot swim on the beaches because the water is contaminated. Is this true, and what is the cause of the contamination? 2. Is there a reduction in air quality in cities in Puerto Rico because of generators? 3. What is being done with all the trash from the storm, both in building debris and in post-storm supplies, things like empty water bottles? Thank you very much for your help. I'd be happy to speak to someone from the EPA by phone or meet in person in New York on December 4 or in San Juan between December 6-16. Ex. 6 Many thanks.
