I am writing to request a meeting with EPA Administrator Andrew Wheeler and representatives of the Pulp and Paperworkers' Resource Council (PPRC), who will be visiting Washington, DC from Tuesday, February 4th through Thursday, February 6th. We would be pleased if a group of PPRC members could meet with Administrator Wheeler to discuss several policy priorities, including the carbon neutrality of biomass, clean air and water issues, and the pending EPA regulation on costbenefit analysis under the Clean Air Act.
