It had not rained in the 24 hours before the observations. The last rainfall recorded at the St. Louis Downtown Airport (KCPS) in St. Clair County was 0.12" on April 18, 2022. This trip report summarizes the inspection observations. Location #1: Cleanout on North 82nd Street EPA inspectors arrived at the cleanout overflow location on North 82nd Street at 2:10 P.M. The cleanout was discharging. EPA inspectors observed the flowing water flow from the ditch next to the street to the ditch along the side yard. 1: P4200252 Description: The cleanout on North 82nd Street was overflowing on the day of the inspection.
