We can update the web post tomorrow to reflect the response as well. And while this interview is largely focused on bigger picture questions about PFCs and drinking water contamination prompted by this attorney's history of work on the issue, the RFC contamination experienced here in Southern Colorado is certainly an important bit of context and local peg for the conversation. Hope that helps, Jake On Mon, Apr 16, 2018 at 5:19 PM, Daguillard, Robert <Daguillard.Robert@epa.gov> wrote: i And it's Jake, not Jason, obviously. i Robert Daguillard ; U S. Any way you can push your deadline back and/or update with our response once you get it? Also, did specific local (i.e. Southern Colorado) prompt your research and reporting , or are you just looking into national PFC legislation/regulation? Thanks, R. The piece is an interview with an attorney who has long been working on cases related to PFC contamination. In it, he alleges that the legislation governing the regulation of toxic chemicals in drinking water hasn't been effective in protecting people from PFC contamination. Do you care to offer any comment on the efficacy of the EPA's regulatory response to PFC contamination, or on the assertion that the agency has been slow to act despite scientific evidence linking PFC contamination to certain adverse health effects? Thanks so much.
