Hi Mandy and Alex: Hess and Whiting are hoping to come in to discuss storage tanks in response to the 0000a proposed rule. Ideally, we would like to meet with you, Bill, Justin, and Peter late next week. I realize that you may be traveling next week and that the comment period closes on the 17th. I appreciate anything you can do to help get this on the calendars, as these are important issues to both companies. I'm happy to reach out to Bill's scheduler or Josh, if that's easier. Thank you.
