Campbell, Dustin Chambers, and Derek Moore How regulations raise prices on consumer goods to the particular detriment of the poor, disproportionately burden small businesses, and impact states differently How regulatory capture occurs; the impact of occupational licensing requirements on the poor, small businesses and military families; and how federal antitrust enforcement can play a role in crafting prudent public policy approaches How state and federal regulation affects small business capital formation and how a complicated patchwork of securities rules results in unintended consequences The Solution.
