Friday 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM is open. I can meet earlier 7:00 - 8:00 AM Thursday & Friday this week. I could meet late, after 6:30 PM, as well. Otherwise I'm booked tightly. My weekend is fully booked for DOI work too. Will any of these times work for you? There's a major pipeline project which has problems at the Park Service and FWS that we'd like to visit with you about. We have met several times with the new White House infrastructure team and this project is on the list for action. The project has been slow walked during the Obama Administration. Norm Anderson (part of the infrastructure team) will be traveling the next two weeks and hoped to be part of the discussion with you. Thus, the narrow window. If it does not work but you have time next week, it is not optimal, but will work also. Here's the further background: The Atlantic Coast Pipeline (ACP) project is a major $5 billion, 600-mile natural gas pipeline project pending final regulatory approval in anticipation of construction beginning this fall. It's planned to have 1.5 Bcf/day of capacity and create thousands of jobs. The draft FERC EIS was issued last December but key actions are pending final approval from the National Park Service and the Fish and Wildlife Service. Importantly, the ACP is on the list of key infrastructure projects identified by the Administration transition team for initiation during 2017. Dominion is the lead developer of this project in which Duke, Piedmont and Southern are key partners. Secretary Zinke is going to be having dinner in Montana with Norm Anderson, one of the key transition team leaders on infrastructure within 10 days and this project will be discussed. Here's a link about Anderson. (http://www.washingtontimes.eom/news/2017/jan/9/trump-administration-faces-deepchallenges-in-repa/) And here's a quick overview of the project: https://energysure.com/default.aspx?gclid CNf 9o-2pNICFUZXDQodpMUEtg We're hoping to bring a couple of folks from Dominion along for the visit with you ahead of the Zinke meeting with Norm Anderson. Thanks much. Marc
