INSTRUCTIONS 1. Provide a separate narrative response to each question and subpart of a question in this Information Request. DEFINITIONS All terms used in this Information Request have their ordinary meaning unless such terms are defined in this Information Request; the CAA, 42 U.S.C. 7401 et seq.; or the CAA implementing regulations at 40 C.F.R. Parts 60 and 63. For purposes of this Information Request: 1. The terms "you" or "Respondent" mean Pacific Terminal Services, and its subsidiaries, officers, directors, managers, partners, employees, contractors, and agents, as applicable. 2. "Facility" means the real property, buildings, structures, storage tanks, loading rack, and appurtenances owned or operated by Respondent located at 7900 NW Saint Helens Rd, Portland, Oregon. 3. "Document" includes writings, records, or information of any kind, formal or informal, whether handwritten, typed, or otherwise recorded in or on any format or media. If in computer format or memory, each such document shall be provided in translation to a form useable and readable by EPA, with all necessary documentation and support. Include all attachments to or enclosures with any responsive document. C. INFORMATION REQUEST Provide the following information for the Facility: 1. The date upon which the Facility commenced construction or reconstruction. 2. A description of how the Facility receives, stores, blends, and loads products. 3. Copies of safety data sheets for all products received, stored, blended, and loaded at the Facility since January 1, 2022. 4. The actual throughput of each product at the Facility, in gallons, annually for 2022 and 2023. Please provide this information in the form of purchase invoices, bill of lading records, or in an Excel spreadsheet format tracking such information. 5. The date upon which each storage tank at the Facility commenced construction, reconstruction, or modification.
