Administrator Zeldin and Director Vought, on behalf of the organizations on the attached letter, we appreciate the administration's consideration for resources for the EPA's Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP). This licensing office performs a unique and essential permitting role for industrial, agricultural, and specialty chemicals advancing American competitiveness and innovation. The steps the administration has already taken to ensure resources are available to EPA's Central Date Exchange (CDX) in the upcoming continuing resolution (CR) work hand in hand with the work at OCSPP. The resources requested in the CR will allow upgrades and hopefully more reliability which industry submitters need to work efficiently with OCSPP, get approvals, and get their products to market.
