`cyrogenic (-80C) freezer for approximately 30 minutes, transferred to a Waring blender and blended

Primary and Secondary Stock Slutons

Onion, alfalfa, tomato and soybean were fortified with PFOS to reflect nominal concentrations of
0.0500, 0.500, 5.00 and 50.0 mg a.i/Kg. The samples were extracted with methanol, agitated for the
`appropriate amount of time, and centrifuged. Dilutions into thecalibrationrange of the HPLC/MS/MS
`methodology were performed witha solutionof 0%methanol and 50% NANOpurcwater. Samples were.
