RE: Secretary Wright Invitation Letter - Gulf Coast Industry Forum 9/18/25
Hi Chad,
Just wanted to jump in here - we'll be sure to reach out if we ever schedule a trip to Houston! Of course he plans to attend CERAWeek 2026, if not before then.

Izzy, I totally understand about his schedule, and we know he's doing good work out there. Do you know if he will be in Houston at any point over the next year? We would still like to give him an opportunity to speak to and meet the leadership of the petrochemical industry and energy export executives. We're flexible and can set up the event/meeting in conjunction with his travel schedule.
Please let me know if you see any opportunities to have him down here.
Thanks so much for your help!
Chad

Hi Chad!
I hope you are doing well and had an awesome 4th of July. Thank you so much for the follow up on this. I know this is something the Secretary would have loved to make happen but we are coming right off an international trip and have another commitment we need to be at that week unfortunately, so we won't be able to make it happen this year.
Would you be interested in someone else from our leadership team joining? If so, I can connect you.
Thank you for understanding and please let me know how else I can help.
Izzy

Izzy, Hope you all had a great 4th. I thought it might be a good time to check back in with you on this invite and the Secretary's schedule as we get closer to September 18th. As home to the world's largest petrochemical manufacturing complex and our nation's #1 energy port, this will be a great opportunity for the Secretary to speak directly to the companies and site managers who drive this vital sector of our economy.
It will also continue a great tradition of President Trump's Energy Secretary addressing this region (Secretary Rick Perry did the President's first term).
Thank you again,
Chad

Ruby,
We're doing great down here in Houston! Thank you for sending the request form. The completed one is attached. If there are any questions, please reach out to me for clarification. I've also attached a letter with a brief description of the event and its history/scope. I've cc'd our Chairman Rob Bacon with ExxonMobil who can also be a resource if you have questions.
Thank you so much for your assistance on this request. Our entire oil and gas manufacturing sector would be truly honored and excited to hear from Secretary Wright.
Respectfully,

Good evening Tommy,
Hope all is well. Apologies for the late Friday email.
The Economic Alliance for the Houston Port Region (copied here) would like to invite Secretary Wright to provide the keynote for their Gulf Coast Industry Forum on September 18, 2025. At this time, they have confirmed Chris Jahn, President of the American Chemistry Council to participate in a panel discussion with two industry partners.
Do you know the process or the best point of contact to invite the Secretary? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Many thanks, Coalter (b) (6)
