We would like to add the Secretary as our speaker to our Annual Meeting brochure and if appropriate send an announcement to our members. (not a press release) It would include the Secretary's official photograph and biography. The event logistics (time, date, place, sign up weblink) are the only other information we would include. Please advise us if this would be appropriate and what else we need to be doing to coordinate.

Hi Matt!
When you have a moment, I have 2 quick questions from our legal department (just internal paperwork).
If a member of the public wanted to attend ONLY the lunch, what is the cost of admission? Is it $50 that I saw on your website (for non-members)? Or do they need to pay the full registration fee $650 then an additional $50 if they want to attend the lunch?
And do you know who will be the lunch sponsor - is it a member of your organization or could it be non members as well? It's okay if you don't have that information yet. We completely understand and can wait until closer to the event date.

Downey, I wanted to follow up with my contact information and a note of thanks for visiting in Rapid City. It was a great event and really nice that you and the other staff could come along.
Also, we had discussed the potential to have the Secretary as our Keynote Speaker at our Annual Meeting Dec 5-7 in Spokane, WA where 2000 mining industry professionals will be gathering. If this remains a possibility, please let me know the appropriate protocols for a proper invitation.
